I purchased an in-frame rebuild kit from your company that was advertised as including injectors, with the understanding that I would return my existing injectors as core units. After waiting approximately one month, I contacted your company for a status update and was informed that the injectors had not been provided as originally expected. At that point, I was told my only option was to have the same injectors I had sent in as cores remanufactured and returned to me. I have receipts, documentation, and records of these conversations confirming that the original injectors were not available and that my injectors had to be remanufactured and sent back to me. An additional month and a half passed before I finally received the remanufactured injectors. Today, after completing the engine assembly and getting everything back together, I discovered that the injector solenoids are defective. The injectors are not functioning properly, making the engine unusable despite the significant time, labor, and expense invested in this rebuild. At this point, I have experienced substantial delays, multiple setbacks, and now a product quality issue that has prevented me from completing the proj

I ordered part and didn't get half of them.Then I had a get another shipment.Shift out with the rest of the parts.Man on the phone won't do anything about it.He's nothing but rude and he cussed me out and I have the phone call recorder. His name is alejandro.

Ordered a rebuild kit the 1st of a month and paid by credit card. Ended up taking longer then I expected to ship and when I called I was offered a refund with no hassles of which I took and received. Good for their money, unfortunate I couldn't wait this time but would buy from again if the opportunity arised.
